Unofficial aspectc++ debian packages

They are intended for installation in debian/sarge and ubuntu/hoary.


Please note that the source packages have a build dependency on
the aspectc++. To bootstrap the package, install the ac++ binaries
from www.aspectc.org and ignore the build dependency.
